Extracurricular activities 6th February – 10th February.
Monday 6th, 6.00pm: Film. A brilliant opportunity to immerse yourself in Spanish cinema. Meeting place: Tía Tula. Approximate duration: 125 minutes.
Tuesday 7th, 7.00pm: Car museum: we are going to visit the museum which exhibits cars, components, accessories and objects which are related to motor vehicles. Meeting place: Tía Tula. Approximate duration: 1 hour.
Wednesday 8th, 7.15pm: Meeting of young writers: young American and Spanish writers. Dinaw Mengestu and Javier Ruescas Sánchez in the auditorium of the Translation and Documentation Faculty. Meeting place: Tía Tula. Approximate duration: 1 hour.
Thursday 9th, 7.00pm: Afternoon snack: teas, coffees, milkshakes, cakes… a variety of things to have a light meal at the cafeteria/bar El Mandala. Price: your consumption. Meeting place: Tía Tula. Approximate duration: 1 hour.
Friday 10th, 8.00pm: Exhibition “Una imagen de España”: stereoscopic French pictures (1856-1867). Meeting place: Tía Tula. Approximate duration: 1 hour. Exhibition room Santo Domingo de la Cruz.
Remember to sign up for the activity at reception beforehand (the minimum number of people needed for each activity is 3). If the cost is not stated then the activity is free. We recommend our students to participate in the activities so they can get to know other students in the school, so they can broaden their knowledge of Spanish culture and to practice and improve their Spanish in a fun way.
